Then, using an industrial-grade vacuum pump, we can pull down large refrigerant systems more efficiently than the conventional small recovery machine or vacuum pump. In addition, our mobile facility gives us the ability to work in unison with a running piece of equipment to remove oil, impurities, and non-condensables from your closed system. We then return filtered refrigerant that is AHRI 700 standard improving your equipment’s operating efficiencies and greatly extending its operating life. ERS can also fully flush out a system of any size in the event of a compressor burnout or if water gets into a refrigerant circuit of your chiller. This is important because leading research has shown that for every 1% of oil or contaminants in your system, you lose 2% energy efficiency.
